We ship worldwide! Check the website of DHL to see whether we can ship your order to your country.
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Your order takes 1-2 business days to process and to leave our facility in the Netherlands. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping company, it will arrive at your doorstep within 1-2 business days for NL orders and 2-10 business days for EU orders. For international shipping check the website of DHL.
All orders come with a TRACK & TRACE code.
What are the costs for shipping?
NL Orders
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight.Free shipping for orders + € 49.
EU Orders
We offer free shipping for all EU orders + €125.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight.
Customs fees, duties and taxes
Additional duties and taxes may apply at checkout or at the time of delivery for orders outside the Netherlands. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government for more information, or contact us for assistance. Haya's Closet is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been not been sent back to our facility. Haya's Closet is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Haya's Closet is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.
Returns
Which items can be returned?
Items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. We only accept items returned in their original condition, not washed or worn for a full refund. Please notify us immediately whether an article is delivered damaged. You can return the damaged product at our expense and get a full refund.
